Cato is an accomplished Sales leader with extensive experience in senior commercial roles across Logistics, Printing, Packaging and Aviation. He has worked with global industry leaders including Chep, De La Rue, Amcor, gategroup, and LSG, where he led high performing sales teams in Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He holds a Master’s in Logistics and Supply-Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management in the UK, a Bachelor’s in Business with honors from Universidad de Lima in Peru and has completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance at both UPC and Universidad del Pacifico in Peru. In December 2025, Cato joined Kaelis as Chief Commercial Officer, where he is focused on driving growth and strengthening the company’s position as the world’s leading independent provider of onboard products, services and solutions.
