Ashley holds a Fine Art degree from Pratt Institute. She has experience in business development in the fashion industry and worked with exclusive brands across the globe. She transitioned to the aviation industry, working for Emirates Airlines before becoming an International Account Manager for LSG First Catering in Zurich and then moving to American Airlines. With expertise in menu and product development, collaborating with executive chefs, suppliers, and the James Beard Foundation, Ashley has been recognized for her expertise and has spoken at WTCE and served on the IFSA Innovation committee. She joined Kaelis in January 2024 as Regional Director for North America.
